The following documents contain useful information about properties managed by our Residential Services team.
Arrival documents for students living with one of BU's accommodation partners
If you have booked a room in one of the properties listed below then you should have received your arrival documentation from the local accommodation team. If you have not received this, if you have any questions or need further details from any of these properties then please contact the local team directly.
This information is for students who have booked their accommodation in the BU portfolio. If you have booked private accommodation then you will need to contact your landlord/provider direct about your arrival.
Arrival information:
Only students who have completed their booking and their BU online induction will be able to collect their key and move-in. The induction will be emailed out to you from 24 August.
To limit the number of people arriving at any given time our timeslots for arrivals this year are available from Thursday 15 to Sunday 18 September and we are asking that you only bring one other person to help with your move-in. We are taking this approach to try and control numbers and help with the safety of all students and staff and appreciate your cooperation.

If you are moving into one of our Unilet properties then we will be in touch with you direct to discuss and agree your specific arrival and key pick-up. However, this will be from our Talbot Campus (see Student Village map above).
