From today, the national rules about testing and self-isolation have changed to reduce the length of time you need to self-isolate for Covid-19 reasons.
If you have completed five full days of self-isolation and test negative with a lateral flow device (LFD) test on days five and six, you are able to end your self-isolation. If you test positive on day five, you should continue to self-isolate until you have a negative test result on two consecutive days or you have completed 10 days in self-isolation.
As there have been a number of changes to testing and self-isolation, please take some time to review the latest information. Please continue to report any positive cases to us via [email protected] and inform your halls manager, if you are living in halls of residence.
