The houses in the Student Village have three, four, five or seven bedrooms and are split over two or three floors.

Every house has a communal kitchen and living area and all the appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave) you’ll need.
- Just a few minutes walk to BU's main facilities, including the majority of learning spaces, The Sir Michael Cobham Library, the Medical Centre, the Student Centre and Dylan's Kitchen and Bar
- Lansdowne Campus and Bournemouth town centre easily reached within 10-15 minutes on our university bus service

Standard rooms
Available to undergraduate students
All rooms are single occupancy and come with a single bed, study desk, desk chair, storage.
All rooms are within a shared cluster house of between 3–7 other rooms and have a shared bathroom, with 7-bed properties having 2 shower rooms.
Every bedroom has its own washbasin. All flats have fully fitted shared kitchens and dining spaces to eat, relax and socialise.
Value rooms
Available to undergraduate students
The value rooms have the same specification as the standard option. The only difference is that standard priced rooms are in houses that have been refurbished in recent years.
Studios
Available to undergraduate and postgraduate students
A studio flat in the Student VillageAll studio flats come with a single bed, study desk, desk chair, storage, your very own ensuite bathroom and shower as well as a small kitchenette with everything you require for self-catering.
Bungalow
Reserved for families
There are also two two-bedroom bungalows, which are only available to families and can be rented for the full length of your course.
