  • The houses in the Student Village have three, four, five or seven bedrooms and are split over two or three floors.

Types of room

Standard rooms

Available to undergraduate students

All rooms are single occupancy and come with a single bed, study desk, desk chair, storage.

All rooms are within a shared cluster house of between 3–7 other rooms and have a shared bathroom, with 7-bed properties having 2 shower rooms.

Every bedroom has its own washbasin. All flats have fully fitted shared kitchens and dining spaces to eat, relax and socialise.

Value rooms

Available to undergraduate students

The value rooms have the same specification as the standard option. The only difference is that standard priced rooms are in houses that have been refurbished in recent years. 

Studios

Available to undergraduate and postgraduate students

All studio flats come with a single bed, study desk, desk chair, storage, your very own ensuite bathroom and shower as well as a small kitchenette with everything you require for self-catering.

Bungalow

Reserved for families

There are also two two-bedroom bungalows, which are only available to families and can be rented for the full length of your course.
